Cancellation policy for consumers

Valid for the purchase of cannabis seeds in the BUNKERLINGE online store

1. age restriction

Cannabis seeds are only sold and shipped to persons of legal age over 18. With your order you confirm that you have reached the legally required minimum age.

2. right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (not the carrier) received the goods.

• For individual orders: from receipt of the entire goods
• For partial deliveries: from receipt of the last partial shipment
• For regular deliveries: from receipt of the first goods

3. exercise of the revocation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear declaration (e.g. e-mail or letter) to:

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the deadline expires.

4. consequences of revocation

After your revocation, we will refund all payments received including delivery costs (except surcharges for special shipping) within 14 days.

Repayment is made using the same means of payment as the purchase, without additional fees.

We reserve the right to refuse repayment until we have received the goods or have proof of return.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of revocation. You bear the return costs.

You are only liable for a loss in value of the goods if this is caused by handling that is not necessary for inspection.

5. exclusion or restriction of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with § 312g para. 2 BGB:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery
• Individually compiled or customized products

Please note:
Opened packages of cannabis seeds are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

• It is a sensitive natural product that must be stored under optimal conditions (e.g. cool, dry storage).
• Once the original packaging has been opened, it is no longer possible to ensure that the germination capacity and quality of the seeds have been preserved.
• In addition, the authenticity and original content of opened packaging can no longer be guaranteed.
