By placing an order via bunkerlinge.org, these T&Cs apply. The contract language is German.

2. Ordering Process and Conclusion of Contract

How to order from us:

  • Select a product and add it to your cart
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Enter your address and payment method
  • Confirm the T&Cs and cancellation policy
  • Click “Buy now”

By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by e-mail or dispatch the goods.

3. Minimum Age and Delivery Countries

Our offer is directed exclusively at persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age.

We deliver to EU countries and the United Kingdom. The countries we currently deliver to are shown at checkout.

Responsibility for the legal situation in the recipient country lies with the customer. We do not deliver to parcel stations or parcel boxes – please use a residential or business address.

4. Our Products

We sell cannabis seeds as seed material. The seeds are intended for storage, breeding, or cultivation, insofar as the legal regulations in the recipient country permit this. You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your country.

Product descriptions are for informational purposes only. We make no medical claims or cultivation instructions and accept no liability for cultivation results.

5. Prices, Shipping, and Delivery Time

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. The prices and shipping costs displayed on our website at the time of order apply.

Shipping costs:

  • Germany: €5.50
  • EU countries and the United Kingdom: €8.50
  • Free shipping on orders over €150

Every order includes free bonus seeds.

Delivery time: usually 3–7 business days within Germany after receipt of payment. Delivery abroad may take longer. You can find current shipping information at Shipping Information.

6. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • SEPA bank transfer – you transfer the amount to our account after placing the order; we ship after receipt of payment
  • Credit card and debit card – processed by our payment service provider Trust Payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

7. Payment Terms and Cancellation

Payment should be made promptly. If no payment is received after a reasonable period and a prior reminder, we may cancel the order.

For card payments, the amount is charged immediately upon ordering.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period begins on the day you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) take possession of the goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the period begins upon receipt of the last partial delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, an unambiguous statement by e-mail is sufficient:

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration using the same payment method you used for the order. The full cancellation policy can be found at Cancellation Policy.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. For damage to life, body, or health, we are liable without limitation in any case.

11. Warranty

The statutory warranty period of 24 months from receipt of the goods applies.

For business customers (B2B), the following additional provisions apply:

  • The warranty period is 12 months from receipt of the goods.
  • The commercial duty to inspect and give notice of defects under § 377 HGB (German Commercial Code) applies. Obvious defects must be reported immediately upon receipt; hidden defects must be reported immediately upon discovery.

Consumers are not subject to any duty to give notice of defects. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Data Protection

We process your data exclusively for the purpose of contract execution and in accordance with the GDPR. You can find all details in our Privacy Policy.

13. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for business customers is Riedlingen. For consumers from other EU countries, the protective provisions of their country of residence apply additionally.

14. Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Amendments to the T&Cs

We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs to the extent that legal requirements or our business processes change. The version valid at the time of your order is decisive.
