2. Order Process and Contract Conclusion

By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order or ship the goods.

How to order:

  • Select a product
  • Add it to the shopping cart
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Enter address and payment method
  • Confirm T&C & cancellation policy
  • Click “Buy now”

3. Minimum Age, Worldwide Shipping, and Automatic Language Redirection

Our offer is only intended for persons aged 18 and over. By placing your order, you confirm that you are of legal age.

We ship worldwide, as long as the import of cannabis seeds is permitted in the destination country.

Automatic Language Redirection: To improve user experience, we automatically redirect international visitors to the English version of our website. This redirection is based on your country of origin determined via your IP address.

Note: We do not deliver to parcel stations or lockers. Please provide a home or business address.

4. Our Products

We exclusively sell cannabis seeds for legal purposes (e.g., collection). Cultivation is only allowed where it is legally permitted in the destination country.

Important: You are solely responsible for complying with the laws in your country. We assume no liability for misuse or illegal use.

Product descriptions are for informational purposes only – no medical claims or cultivation instructions.

5. Prices, Shipping & Delivery Time

All prices are final prices including VAT

Shipping costs:

  • Germany: €3.50
  • EU, UK, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, worldwide: €4.99
  • Free shipping for orders over €150

Each order includes free bonus seeds.

Delivery time: 3–7 working days after receipt of payment.

6. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • SEPA bank transfer (1–5 working days processing time)
  • Bitcoin via BTCPay Server (no third-party providers)

Other payment methods such as PayPal, credit card, or Klarna are not available due to industry-specific reasons.

7. Payment Obligation & Cancellation

The order must be paid within 7 working days. Otherwise, we reserve the right to automatically cancel the order.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days – without giving any reason.

Start of the period:

  • Single delivery: from the day you receive the goods
  • Partial delivery: from the day you receive the final part of the shipment

Refunds will be made within 14 days using the same payment method.

No right of withdrawal exists for:

  • Opened original packaging of cannabis seeds
  • Custom-made or personalized products

10. Liability

We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations and only for foreseeable damages.

We are always fully liable for damage to life, body, or health.

11. Warranty

Consumers: 24 months statutory warranty
Businesses: 12 months warranty

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects promptly. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Data Protection

We process your data solely for contract processing and in accordance with GDPR. No data is passed on to third parties unless legally required.

You have the right to:

  • Restriction of processing
  • Withdraw your consent

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

German law applies. For businesses, the place of jurisdiction is Riedlingen (Germany). For consumers, the statutory regulations of their country of residence also apply.
