These terms apply to every order you place through bunkerlinge.org. The contract language is German.

2. Placing an order and how the contract is formed

Ordering works like this:

  • Choose a product and add it to your basket
  • Go to the checkout
  • Enter your address and payment method
  • Confirm these terms and the withdrawal policy
  • Click “Buy now”

Submitting your order is a binding offer to purchase. The contract comes into effect when we confirm your order by email or when we dispatch the goods.

3. Minimum age

We sell to people aged 18 and over only. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age.

4. Our products

We sell cannabis seeds as seed stock. The seeds are intended for storage, propagation or cultivation, in each case only where the law of the recipient’s country permits this. Complying with the law that applies in your country is your own responsibility.

Product descriptions are provided for information only. We make no health claims, give no growing instructions, and accept no liability for cultivation results.

5. Prices, shipping and delivery times

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. The prices and shipping costs shown on our website at the time of your order are the ones that apply.

Shipping costs:

  • Germany: €5.50
  • No flat shipping fee on baskets of €150 or more

Every order includes free bonus seeds.

Delivery time: usually 3–7 working days within Germany once payment has been received. Current shipping details are available on our shipping information page.

6. Payment methods

We currently accept:

  • SEPA bank transfer – you transfer the amount to our account after ordering, and we dispatch once the payment arrives
  • Credit and debit cards – processed by our payment service provider Trust Payments (Visa, Mastercard and others)

7. Payment deadline and cancellation

Please pay promptly. If no payment has reached us after a reasonable period and a prior reminder, we may cancel the order.

Card payments are debited immediately when the order is placed.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

9. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The period starts on the day you (or a third party named by you who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in parts, the period starts when the final part arrives.

A clear statement by email is enough to withdraw:

Refunds are made within 14 days of your withdrawal statement reaching us, using the same payment method you used for the order. The full withdrawal policy is available on our withdrawal policy page.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations, and then only up to the amount of foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. For injury to life, body or health our liability is unlimited in every case.

11. Warranty for defects

The statutory warranty period of 24 months from receipt of the goods applies.

For business customers (B2B) the following additional rules apply:

  • The warranty period is 12 months from receipt of the goods.
  • The commercial duty to inspect the goods and give notice of defects under section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) applies. Obvious defects must be reported without undue delay after receipt, hidden defects without undue delay after they are discovered.

Consumers are under no such obligation to give notice. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

12. Data protection

We process your data solely in order to perform the contract, and in line with the GDPR. Full details are set out in our privacy policy.

13. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

German law applies. For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Riedlingen. Consumers based elsewhere in the EU additionally enjoy the protective provisions of their country of residence.

14. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to adjust these terms where legal requirements or our business processes change. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies.
