The terpene profile of UEL F7 is fresh and expressive: citrus and grapefruit notes dominate the bouquet, accompanied by floral undertones. The result is a nuanced, light aroma that clearly reflects the Colombian sativa heritage of this line.
Genetics & Origin
Ultra Early Love traces back to Canadian breeder Reeferman (Charles Scott), who established the original line as an early phenotype selection from his Love Potion #1 seed stock. Love Potion #1 was created by crossing the female G13 indica clone with Santa Marta Colombian Gold, followed by a backcross onto the Colombian sativa line. The earliest and most light-sensitive phenotypes within this seed stock were selected as Ultra Early Love – not an independent breeding project, but the most consistent selection for early ripening and climate resistance.
After the line was barely available in Europe for years, it was taken over in 2016 by Belgian breeder Arnold in what the community described as a rescue reproduction effort. Since then, the line has been further developed by Arnold alongside breeders Archangel, GrowHoe and Harold. The present F7 generation is the result of this long-term selection work focused on early ripening, mould resistance and climate adaptation under Northern European outdoor conditions.
Due to its extreme light sensitivity, UEL F7 is one of the earliest-flowering sativa lines available for Central European outdoor cultivation – and at the same time a genetically valuable foundation for outdoor sativa breeding projects.
Cultivation
UEL F7 has been selected exclusively for outdoor cultivation and is particularly well suited to temperate climate zones. Thanks to its high light sensitivity, plants in Central Europe typically begin flowering by mid-August at the latest and are harvest-ready from late September to early October. The strain shows adaptable growth and is suitable for both experienced outdoor growers and breeding projects.
